Data protection declaration:	Legally required consent regarding the processing of my personal data Agreement between the users of the VIP Applicants' Service and the M.V. Medienconsulting & VerlagsgmbH, Reininghausstraße 13a, A-8020 Graz, Austria as the operator of the website HYPERLINK "http://www.rollingpin.at" www.rollingpin.at (to be known as “Rolling Pin” in the following document). 1. I consent that Rolling Pin is authorised to save my personal data (application information) entered within the framework of the "VIP Applicants' Service" on the website www.rollingpin.at for the purpose of making simple job applications. This especially includes the following information gained for job applications: Contact Data/ Personal Data (Name, Address, Telephone, Birth Date, E-mail Address), Information on Education, Professional Career and any uploaded documents such as Recommendations or Course Certificates. 2. I consent that my application data can be passed on to the appropriate business advertising the job via e-mail (one click application) as soon as I have clicked the button marked “Send Application” or “Apply for this Job” or “Apply Here” or if I generally actively arrange for an application to be made in a similar manner. 3. I consent receiving jobs that suit my requested job profile by e-mail on request, provided that I make an express request. This can be activated or deactivated in “Requested Job Profile”. 4. I consent that my application information can also be automatically passed on to businesses advertising jobs according to my requested job profile and without any further assistance on my part. Especially when I want to make automatic applications for jobs. If I choose “Automatic Application” in "Requested Job Profile" my application information will be passed on within a time period of 14 days to those responsible for new job advertisements appearing within this time period. I will in any case receive e-mail confirmation regarding this procedure and this procedure is also marked as an entry in “My Applications“ stating when and where I have either automatically or personally passed on my application. 5. I realise that the many services offered in regard to the VIP Applicants’ Service are available free-of-charge. I thus also accept exemption from liability should my application information not have been passed on, be it due to technical problems, all cases of force majeure for any other reason. Rolling Pin accepts no liability for services presented free-of-charge to customers, but efforts are however always made to provide the best possible services within the scope of possibilities. This declaration of consent can be revoked at any time to become effective for the future. Please contact the M.V. Medienconsulting VerlagsgmbH or Rolling Pin if you have any questions regarding this data protection declaration.
